Chef Ludy Tala is a Filipino pastry chef, educator, and bakery consultant with over 15 years of experience in the baking industry. A graduate of ISCAHM and a licensed physical therapist turned culinary professional, she brings a unique blend of scientific precision and creativity to baking and product development.
She is the founder of Chef Ludy Artisan Bakery and Studio in Cebu, specializing in artisan breads, viennoiserie, and professional baking education. Formerly known for her premium custom cakes through Ludy Tala Cakes, she has built a reputation for refined craftsmanship and balanced flavors.
As a national baking instructor and R&D specialist, Chef Ludy conducts workshops across the Philippines and consults for multiple bakeries and food businesses, focusing on product development, recipe standardization, and efficient production systems. She continues to support the growth of the local baking industry through education, innovation, and consultancy.
