Jessica Lorriz Fabonan
Coffee Professional | Sensory Judge | Community Leader
Jessica Lorriz Fabonan is a coffee professional, sensory judge, and community leader actively shaping the Philippine specialty coffee scene. She is the Co-Founder of Altitud Coffee Space and President of the Las Piñas Coffee Collective, where she advocates for collaboration, education, and industry growth.
A certified Specialty Coffee Association Barista (Intermediate), Jessica has served as a sensory judge in major competitions, including the Philippine Aeropress Championship, Philippine National Barista Championship, and Golden Shot Espresso Cup Championship (2025).
She is also a competitive barista, earning 3rd Runner-Up at the Curve Tasters Championship (2025) and 2nd Runner-Up at the Manila Coffee Expo Brewers Cup (2021). Passionate about quality and community, she continues to contribute to the advancement of specialty coffee through judging, competition, and leadership.
