Chef Brent Chua

Chef Brent Chua is a Filipino pastry chef with a strong foundation in modern French pastry and international competition experience. He completed his Advanced Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts at APCA Philippines in 2022, where he developed his technical skills and refined pastry techniques.
He further trained internationally, specializing in French pastry and montage at the Asia Pastry Forum in Malaysia under Vincent Guerlais. In 2024, he represented Team Philippines as a chocolate candidate at the Juniores Pastry World Cup in Rimini, Italy, achieving 5th place.
Chef Brent also enhanced his expertise through masterclasses with world-renowned pastry chefs, including Wei Loon Tan and Jean‑François Arnaud, focusing on modern French pastries, cakes, and petit gâteaux.
With a passion for precision and innovation, he continues to grow in the field of pastry, combining global techniques with a competitive edge.
